Follow the (mis)adventures of step-siblings Drew, Madison and Alexis; new comer Olivia; and not-so-buddies Ryan and Luke; as they navigate the tricky road of new flirtations, hot romances, and medium-sized bodies of water. If you’ve had a thing for indie rock within the past 10 years, you’ve no doubt heard of band Spoon and its lead singer Britt Daniel. Even if you’re not familiar with the band, you’ve heard their music on The O.C., and Chuck to name a few.  Watch Daniel (sans band) sing Elvis Costello’s ode to his grandma to Mars.  Will she get distracted by the voice from this tall drink of water, or will she be able to solve the case?

You might recognize Joel McHale from his day job as host of the weekly satirical talk show The Soup on the E! Network, or as bank manager Mr. Jacks in Spider-Man 2, but chances are you’ve never seen him like this.

McHale guests on an episode of Pushing Daisies as Harold Hundin – dog breeder, polygamist, and corpse. When Ned brings the president of the Papin County Kennel Club back to life to solve his murder and collect the reward, the case seems like a walk in the park. But it’s not until the gang gets back to the Pie Hole that things start getting a little hairy. Which Haudin wife did him in – Heather, Hillary, Simone, or Hailey? Born in Rome, this week’s guest star grew up in Vancouver. He got his degree in History from the University of Washington, where not only received a Master’s in acting, but also played tight end for the Huskies National Championship football team. But it was the “The Soup” that made him a household name (along with Stains the cupcake dog and the chicken tetrazzini lady).
