Part dog, part machine, all Chihuahua. This little guy is just one of a group of Chihuahuas in Long Island, New York, that was born without front legs because of a genetic defect. Previously, the little guys had to try and get around by hopping and scooting, but thanks to these little carts, they can get around much easier. You know how they roll.

The Wb.com staffer Tim volunteers at an animal hospital, and claims the photo below is of him helping a Chihuahua who can’t walk, but it just as likely could be the animal is attacking him.
