Welcome to Movies With Tim (you know, our office coordinator guy), which we’ve decided to showcase on the WBlog because we thought we’d save you the hassle of wasting money on movie tickets when our very own Tim ventures out to the theaters at least once a week and can tell you what’s worth watching!
Here, we (Brendan or I) will interview Tim to catch up on the latest box office openings and see how they turned out.
This week, Tim actually watched How To Lose Friends And Alienate People.

As you can see, the WBlog is NOT a priority for Tim and therefore, our interview will have to wait.
Just kidding, here’s what he had to say.

So final verdict: Don’t watch this movie.
Up next week: Beverly Hills Chihuahua!

Here is the thing. I love Simon Pegg, and I did find this movie entertaining. I just think it could have been a lot better. This guy is supposedly as brutal as it gets in the journalism world. His wife wrote an article about how hard it is to be married to the “wanker”. I just feel they could have done more with the actual truth and made a cult classic. Anything Simon Pegg does is worth seeing. I even enjoyed Run Fatboy Run. So don’t completely discard this flick, but if you get a chance to read the memoirs by Toby Young, DO IT!
And for the record, there is no chance I am seeing Beverly Hills Ankle Biter. I would rather sit through another 4 years of G.W. Bush. Okay, well, it isn’t that bad.
Late,
Tim

I know Tim and a film critic he is not. This is the same guy that thought Zoolander was a must see. That movie is terrible. Baseketball was a better movie than Zoolander.
Actually he is a really good judge of movies except for that one movie. But we all have that one movie that we should never admit to liking. I do…Baseketball.
But I can’t wait to see his review on Beverly Hills Chihuahua. Should definitely be some nice comments from that movie.

You’re actually the first person I’ve come across to admit seeing that movie.
