NBC allegedly refused to air this Super Bowl ad from PETA because it “depicts a level of sexuality exceeding our standards.”

Does this seem like a stunt, where you make a deliberately provocative video, and when the video – which never had a chance — gets “rejected,” you send out a press release, and people see your video anyway, since it’s now a news story?

I’m not falling for your trap, PETA.

Oh wait. I already did. Well played, PETA. Well played.

It’s a great stunt. Sure worked for me. I don’t watch the Superbowl, so I’m glad it got rejected, ’cause that meant that I got to see it – hot hot hot! I’m a proud carnivore but now have a new respect for PETA.
