Rob Thomas is partying down. Not the Rob Thomas who was the lead singer of Matchbox 20, but the Rob Thomas who created Veronica Mars.
The cooler of the Rob Thomases (IMHO) has signed on to do a new show called “Party Down.” It sounds like my type of show, since that’s my favorite direction to party in.

From what I’ve learned, the show is free of investigations and spunky teenage detectives. Instead, the comedy will follow the lives of a bunch of “Hollywood wannabes” who work together at a catering company. They better end up catering a bunch of parties, or the title will be a disappointment.
“Party Down” can be seen on the Starz network sometime early next year.
