So what is it like hanging out with the Duke Spirit?
According to our producer, the band (who hails from the UK and whose sounds have likened them to The Pixies and Sonic Youth) gave the best performance–and interview–yet.
We can’t show you the final interview, but Evan tells us that they performed two songs, The Step And The Walk (which lead singer Liela said she wrote about a scary stretch of road in London) and Lassoo.
And their favorite moment during their new career rise? Leila reminisced with The WB about their performance at the Hammer Museum at UCLA, where she had the best time ever, most probably because she was dressed in a catsuit.
Very true, Liela. Catsuits can do that to you. That’s why I always wear mine under my clothes every day!
