The WB’s very own hit comedy, Childrens’ Hospital, has been nominated for three Webby Awards including Best Comedy: Long Form or Series; Rob Corddry for Best Individual Performance; and Episode 4 in the Individual Short or Episode category.

The show received two more honorable mentions as well including Episode 4 once again in the Best Writing category and Megan Mulally for Best Individual Performance. If you’re a fan of the show, let your voice be heard by voting here. Voting ends April 30, 2009 so vote today!

Over the weekend, the nominations for the Streamy Awards were announced, and we’re proud to see so many WB originals on the list. Most of the major categories had at least one WB show, with lots of love for both Childrens’ Hospital and Sorority Forever.

Childrens’ Hospital was nominated for Best Comedy Web Series, and Best Writing for a Comedy Web Series, and series stars Megan Mullally and Rob Corddry both received acting nominations. Childrens’ Hosptial also got a nomination for Best Ensemble Cast in a Web Series, and Eva Longoria Parker was nominated for her guest-starring role.

Sorority Forever was also heavily nominated, with nods for Best Dramatic web series, Best Directing for a Dramatic Web Series, Best Writing for a Dramatic Web Series, and a Best Female Actor in a Dramatic Web Series nomination for series star Jessica Rose.  Her Sorority Forever co-star Taryn Southern was nominated for Best Female Actor in a Comedy Web Series for her work on Private High Musical.

Not only that, but Pink was nominated for Best Directing for a Dramatic Web Series, and Best Cinematography in a Web Series. Even the Whatever Hollywood girls were nominated in the category Best Ad Integration in a Web Series

If you’re looking for more Rob Corddry after watching the entire season of Childrens’ Hospital multiple times, then look no further than a hot tub. Or John Cusack. Or both of them–but hopefully not naked together. Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Corddry has signed on to join the Say Anything star and Craig Robinson from The Office to star in the new comedy, Hot Tub Time Machine. The three will play a trio of best friends who miss their teen years and travel back to 1987 in (yup, you guessed it) a hot tub time machine. This sure sounds like a winner!

If you don’t see Rob, try celebrating with some cake and a few episodes of Childrens’ Hospital.

Our new original series, Childrens’ Hospital, premiered yesterday and for the first time, you won’t have to wait every week to see what happens next between Dr. Lola Spratt and Dr. Cat Black. We’ve got the full season up right now, and the hilarious antics of Rob Corddry have been making waves around the Internet.

Yesterday, writer/director Rob Corddry spoke to LA Weekly about his new show that satires these hospital dramas like Grey’s Anatomy, whose doctors seem to care more about their personal love lives over their patients.

About his character,

I play Dr. Blake Downs. I actually play Cutter Spindel, the actor who plays Dr. Blake Downs. In one episode, my character, Cutter Spindel, acts, writes and directs a very special episode of Children’s Hospital. He is a clown doctor.

On the amazing fact that ALL 10 EPISODES will premiere on Monday,

It’s never been done before. It’s kind of an experiment. I believe that’s the future of television, if not the present. I rarely watch a show once a week. I’ve watched the entire of series of Lost on either DVD or TiVo up until last season and last season wasn’t as fun for me because I was waiting week to week.

That’s right, WB-ers. We’ll be putting up the entire season of Childrens’ Hospital right here, starting Monday, December 8th. So tune in.
