You can read the entire interview here.

*Spoiler Alert* I learned that Schwartz cast Veronica Mars vet Ryan Hansen on the Gossip Girl spinoff after seeing him on Rockville CA.

Also, E!, the name of the show is Rockville CA. Just “Rockville” doesn’t cut it.

Rob Thomas (No, not the guy from Matchbox 20) is known as the creator of Veronica Mars, but in the next month, Thomas has not just one, but TWO in series premiering on television, Cupid on ABC and  Party Down on Starz. Among the cast of Party Down are two WB favorites, Ken Marino from Childrens’ Hospital and Ryan Hansen from Rockville, CA and Veronica Mars.

IGN sat down with Thomas to interview him about his new shows, what it takes to get an idea on the air. You can read the entire interview here.

Yes, that is Zachary Levi from Chuck and Ryan Hansen from Veronica Mars in this video. Unfortunately, they don’t sing, but Levi dances, so that should be good enough.

Party Down With Veronica Mars

We brought you the news about Veronica Mars creator, Rob Thomas, signing on for a new series, Party Down for Starz. If you miss the show, then you’ll probably be excited to hear that Thomas has also brought on two Veronica Mars veterans for the show: Ken Marino and Ryan Hansen.

Of course, you’d have to wait until the show actually premieres on Starz but can we offer you Ken Marino in all 10 episodes of Childrens’ Hospital in the meantime? And perhaps a side of Ryan Hansen in many episodes of Veronica Mars.
