Have any of you caught up with Whitney Port’s new MTV show, The City? The show premiered a couple weeks ago and my first impressions haven’t been great. Perhaps I’m just a West Coast girl—but after learning that The Smoking Gun has discovered Nevan Donahue’s prostitution record, I MAY have to start watching again.

Donahue, who is often seen hanging around Olivia Palermo (the new Heidi?), was arrested in 2007 for soliciting a prostitute in exchange for Oxycontin.

Now this is what I call reality television!

Check out MTV’s trailer for their new Hills spin-off show, The City with the loveable Whitney.

I loves it! Though I do keep expecting LC to pop up somewhere. And Brent’s worried about that big make-out scene—Whitney! Control yourself! Don’t you know the camera’s rolling?

So the rumors are true! Whitney from The Hills is switching coasts and filming her own reality show with MTV, which is fittingly titled as The City. (I guess Los Angeles wasn’t enough of a city for her.)

Yeah, and absolutely no one is surprised. We’ve been watching Whitney film around Manhattan since like forever, you know?

This begs the question…Are you Team LC or Team Whitney?
